FS: 1999 Miata, 164k miles, GREEN paint ;) $6,700

I've decided I want to move on to a new project, so I'm listing my '99 for sale @$6,700. Color is Porsche Signal Green, painted by Rogue at Miata Solutions about 3 years ago. Current inspection is good through April 2017. My goal has always been to enjoy the car, it’s not a showroom queen.
Info:
Engine was rebuilt around 35k to 40k miles ago by John Day (done by previous owner). I have details on the work done if anyone wants to know the specifics). Rebuild included rings, bearings, valve work, etc. Timing belt and water pump were redone when the paint was done about 3 years ago (about 3-5k miles).

The bad:
Air conditioner needs to be recharged (will get around to doing that soon), last time I had it charged it lasted ~2 years (so I guess it has a small leak somewhere?)
New carpet did not fit the passenger footwell perfectly
Oil leak somewhere (had the rear main seal replaced when the car was painted, but that did not fix it, not sure where it is coming from)
