Thread: Annual Registration 2017 - TX Region SCCA

Default Annual Registration 2017 - TX Region SCCA

    Link -> https://www.motorsportreg.com/events...as-solo-013695

Sign up for the Texas Region 2017 Annual Registration and save yourself a bunch of time & money! Annual Registrants get to skip the registration lines for TX Region events. Plus, they never have to fill out online registration forms, they get to lock in their number for the whole year, and have work assignment preference (whenever possible). Simply sign up here one time, and you'll be set for the whole year.

You'll be getting 9 events for the price of 7. A savings of at least $95 over paying for each individual event! That's more savings than the price you pay for a whole year's membership.

That's a good deal. What happens if you pay the annual registration, and then you win the spare tire challenge, the prize for which is entry into all regular Solo events for the year (i.e., annual registration)?

Kind of cr@ppy that a non-member saves more than a member.

    Cool, thanks.

You have to select a car and class when you register. I now have two NCs, one prepped for CS, the other I'm in the process of prepping for STR. I'm planning to run the STR car mostly, but if I need to use the CS car for a particular event, I presume I could make that change at the event?

Also, do you just leave the PAX box blank? I think that is used to indicate your nominal class when you select an index class (e.g., X class). Correct?

Good point! What is SCCA charging for an Annual Membership? Haven't got my renewal notice yet.

Which way saves the most pennies??

I forget what annual membership costs...around $80, maybe? That means being a member would save you $25 if you pay for the year of AX in advance.

You are correct. The PAX box is for Novice, X, W, etc. Just leave it blank.

You will need to submit a class change during morning registration. No problems.

Hmmm just peeked and since I have a Family Membership I pay a bit more:

    National Dues - Family $90.00
    Dues (Texas) $25.00
    Total $115.00

Can we do one of those online petition deals to get her moved to another position where she won't hurt as many people feelings?

I'll bring it up at the SCCA Solo board meeting tonight, after we finish discussing funnel cakes.
