The pan would look like the pan underneath the current big AC unit in the attic... with a drain that runs out the overhang of the house...

I've looked at those units Titus, you could vent it into the attic, and the one I looked at has a catch tray for the water. I'm just tooooo cheap for it!
The overhang is a safety if you get water out of it you have a clog, the water from your home A/C should be plumbed to the drain.

Plus, a unit this small wouldn't put out the amount of water that a whole-house unit would.
Still will put out some water (H20). I put a window unit in at my mother in laws place on her enclosed patio. I was amazed at the quantity of water it put out and it was a pretty small unit.
Ever notice how much water a car unit puts out? I get a nice sized puddle under the car after it has been shut off... I bet it is draining a few pints an hour while running.
