... Nevermind.
I've recently done a conversion from 1.6L to 1.8L and it was MAF tuned to get the A/F numbers right.
It turned out to be a big bump in power form a hopped up 1.6L motor.
So, what else can pick up some gains on this 1994 1.8L motor(converted with the 1.6L PCM and harness) ?
I was informed that the 2001 exhaust manifold would pick up some, and it bolts onto this 1.8L .
RX7 MAF should pick up some(but would require a retune to get the A/F dialed back in).
I was told there is an intake manifold made for the export market, that can pick up some. I think it was called a box top intake manifold ?
Maybe it's time to get a aftermarket EMU ?
Better tuning for fuel and then timing.
It's already got a lightweight flywheel
Anything else good to get more gains with the 1.8L motor ?
