Start soaking those header studs/nuts now....do it several times before you attempt to remove the OEM header.
I stopped by Track Dog yesterday and picked up a RB header for the 1.8. If there were one thing that you'd tell me to look out for when attempting this replacement what would it be? And yes, I do have a large can of PBlaster.

Soak the O2 sensor(s) too.
Easier to light the car on fire and walk away.
I may need to "phone in" a friend!
The hardest part of my header install was snaking the old header out and snaking the new header in. The bolts were the easy part. And I don’t have AC or power steering in the way.
