Who is this Titus guy? Do you think he ever moved to Texas?

I find altiain and my exchange about DFW real estate humorous as I now live in the burbs and he now lives near Dallas. In fact, we probably live 5 minutes from each other.

Notice his reference to me as droptop. Old skool user ID yo!

stay the hell away from 35, 75, and the toll way. my god those suck during rush hour. the only thing worse is 635 between 75, tollway, and 35. in my opinion, the best commute to down town is somewhere along 30, that way you can always take the train from garland if you so choose. my pick of cities would be mesquite/garland for broke folks like me. and if you feel like paying way to damn much for a house sunnyvale and rockwall are good. a good middle ground would be rowlett. especially since the bush tollway is well on it's way to being completed.

my house @ 635 and 30 is 10-15 minutes from downtown and during rush hour i'm about 30 minutes.

What ever you do Titus, don't move to Nevada, TX. I hear it is a royal hole.
