Chicago is a great town. If that happens, you'll have a great time!
I just dropped an envelope in the mail. I am guessing it will be there around Fri. THanks again.
Kestrel, I'll leave a copy of the race in your mailbox.
It's rough copy for now... I wanted you to be able to see the race. This copy has the commercials still in it. I'm working on a nice edited version. As soon as we get out of the golf world corridor of the Nelson and Colonial here at the station I'll have more time to finish the project.
Thanks very much Treibenschnell. I look forward to watching it this weekend.Originally Posted by Treibenschnell

I got it alright. All I can say is... WOW! I had forgotten about Barichello's horrific accident during practice. That looked worse than either Ratzenberger or Senna's crashes, mostly because you could see his head flopping around in the cockpit.Originally Posted by Treibenschnell
The program itself was OK, but I think they could have done a better job. Oh, they covered Senna well enough -- with lots of information and shots from earlier races, and some nice bits about his funeral and how Brazil reacted to his fatal crash -- but the race coverage itself was lacking. A couple of times it seemed that one of the announcers just trailed off while talking, making no sense what so ever. But all-in-all, it is a "must have" bit of racing history documentary.
And Treibenschnell, you did a great job with the DVD. Thanks for cutting out most of the commercials!
Hey, Majik, did you ever get that DVD?
Yeah, sure did. Thanks abunch for it. Man that was one wierd race.
