And no, it's not legal. They have to be state issued. I used to run a Munich plate on the front of my Passat and was nailed for it.
I was driving through Wylie last night and I saw a Miata that appeared to have a Euro-Texas license plate. It was a white NA with white style bar. It had the Eunos plate surround, and what looked like a euro plate shaped Texas plate. Has anyone seen this before? Is this even legal?
