I guess just disregard this if you don't find it usefull.
The lot seems like it was just recently re-surfaced and seems pretty slick, just in case some of you want to make some preperations.
Well it's that time again, time for another SCCA Autocross! This time we get a change of venue and get to got to the TMS Bus Lot!
You can sign up fo rthis event on line, visit the SCCA Website for more information!

Yep, the lot is slick, but that can be a lot of fun too! Come on out and play!

Can't get off of work for this one, when they rescheduled it, it was too late to write off for the 16th. See you guys the 23rd.

Hmmm... I haven't decided if I'm going to this one, or to the Maverick Region PCA event at Mineral Wells. The Bus Lot is closer to my house, but I prefer Mineral Wells.

You should add a new thread to Autocross Events, is it a PCA event??Originally Posted by Billy Blaze

This might be a dumb question but I'll ask anyway. Apparently I won some kind of 2nd place novice trophy back in July. Is it a little trophy-like thing or is it just a "pat on the back"? Was I supposed to pick it up at that event or can I grab one at any SCCA event?
BTW Watch where you put the trophy. I put mine behind the PASS seat since the car was filled with tires and helmets. It made the ride home fine. When I was cleaning the car out, I forgot about it and smashed it. Those things like to break into small very sharp shards...
I might come to one of the events sunday. I'm new to this stuff so which one is better for newbies?

There will be more Miatas at the SCCA event at TMS. As it is also closer in to the Metromess, I'd recommend going to TMS.Originally Posted by driftdevil

If you are planning on coming to the SCCA event, please go ahead and preregister soon.
Due to some personal time conflicts I am going to be putting together the preliminary work assignments/run order Thursday morning and it would be best if I have an accurate list.
Also if you are an annual preregistered person and are not going to make it please deregister yourself.
Thanks

Its MW for me. Maybe you can use some of that FEMA Ice being stored out there at TMS.Originally Posted by altiain
I opted for TMS. It's closer to the house, and I want to see the debut of the POS III. Besides, Oz Cop is supposed to be in town from Kentucky!Originally Posted by joe.MIATA
