Is that the car with manual steering and stripped down everything for racing?

That was in 2003, not 1999.Originally Posted by channelmaniac
No, there was no such animal in 1999. A 99 Sport included the bilstein suspension, different springs and roll bars, the torsen, 15" wheels, a radio, and a leather wrapped steering wheel. You could add power steering and A/C, but that's about it. The "club" car was only one year (200?) and was stripped down with an autocross version (soft top) and a road race option (no soft top and a hardtop). I believe there were only thirty sold.Originally Posted by channelmaniac

Merv got it right. The Club Sport was an '03 only, had no a/c, radio, or power steering, and they made 50 of them - 25 softtop and 25 hardtop versions. All in white or red.Originally Posted by MadMerv
