With AWD, that 400hp becomes mighty interesting! Trouble is, it would overshadow the upcoming Evo X. It does look great, though. I'll take mine in black. :afro:

Mitsubishi Eclipse Ralliart Concept
Mitsubishi’s Cypress, Calif. design center conceived the Eclipse Ralliart to showcase the new coupe’s performance potential. Horsepower is up to an estimated 400, thanks to a modified 4G63 turbocharged four-cylinder transplanted from the Evo VIII. In a nod to Eclipses past, the car also gets the Lancer’s all-wheel-drive system. Other changes include carbon fiber exterior panels and clutch, 20-inch wheels, custom exhaust, coil-over suspension, Brembo brakes and a racing-inspired interior.
It actually looks nice, who would have thought. Wonder how much it weighs. Interesting
Note: Concept…I highly doubt the production version will be near as cool.
Interesting:
2006 Mitsubishi Eclipse - Curb Weight: 3500lbs
2003 Honda Element - Curb Weight: 3352lbs
If anything I hope they put it on a diet before releasing a 'performance version'.
