I am guessing with a name like STOP for the fuse, it might have something to do with the brake lights on an NA also.

well, once the steering wheel is pulled off, and the black sheathing (sp?) is off, theres 3 wires that come out of the car., 2 for the air bag, and one for the horn. well, the horn one only comes out about 1cm. and then broken!
so, im not gonna mess with the horn till i get a soldering iron!
