Actually, they've been talking about that one since this summer. Apparently a fairly nice, large lot with minimal light poles.

It's not bad its a big asphalt lot, it's where you park if you have jury duty at Tarrant County or if you go to a Ft. Worth Cats Baseball game!Originally Posted by altiain
It's bigger than Pennington Field :afro:
The TMS road course date will be changing. IT conflicts with the ProSolo in Mineral Well. Will correct calendar when date is set.
General's got it right.... there are actually 2 conflicts we're dealing with right now. I'll get the information out as soon as the schedule is finalized.
Speaking of conflicts, why aren't we using mineral wells before the Pro-Solo there? Or are we assuming that we'll get our fix there with ER?

Between ER, S2k, Maverick Region PCA, and Lone Star BMWCCA, if you can't find plenty of opportunities to use Mineral Wells before the Pro, you aren't trying hard enough.Originally Posted by ratt_finkel

ER's schedule is online and posted (for over a month now! )
At: http://autocross.com/er/calendar.htm
So far the dates are good, except the Nov. 5 event may move as that is a NASCAR weekend at TMS.

Hmm what is decent? Are we talking about your decent or my decent? I'm just curious because I don't want to offend anyone else's decent...
I believe the tradition is that after they announce the schedule, someone traditionally tells them one of the dates is on a major holiday. Then they add the last Saturday to the schedule.Originally Posted by POS Racing

You are pretty close. It started a few years ago when we needed to move our April event date because it was the same day as one of the Tour/Pro events (don't remember which) and there was no other option in April or May to run it. So we put it as a double at the end of the year. The following year it happened again, and then for a year or 2 we just avoided April and made the double weekend. Because of past history it may get back on there later this year, but if we move it it can not be the following weekend as S2000 already has one of those dates.
It appears that there are 2 double weekends with S2000 and ER out at Mineral Wells early in the year.
