    Default Hot Footwell

Any suggestions on keeping radiant heat out of the footwell? I'm considering installing a radiant barrier under the carpet over and around the transmission tunnel - hoping to reduce foot well heat. I'd love to hear from anyone who is having hot foot syndrome on how you've reduced the heat levels.

I use the air conditioning, mostly. It's actually quite effective in the footwells.

AC for me too. I bought some reflective material @ Bobby Archer to put on the underside of the tranny tunnel, but it is still in the box

Part of the reason is the heat even comes in around the shifter
