    Smile Tires mounted

Looks like I might be getting some new wheels for my ZX3, but I'm gonna still use the stock tires. Anyone know where to get the tires pulled from the old steelies and mounted on the new rims for cheap. (I prefer the TCB rates :) )

Cheapest I've found is Wally World at $6.50/tire
    ...and across the line.

How good of a job balancing them do they do? I like a cheap price not cheap quality.

    Thanks

Depends on the monkey who does the job, same as any other tire place.

Where are you getting the wheels??

Most Discount Tires will do it for $11 a tire and include lifetime balancing, but I guess there is no guarantee that they will do any better of a job than Walmart. I will be doing mine there because the wheels and tires came from Discount Tire Direct... if they screw anything up, they can't try and blame the fact that the tires didn't come from them.

Looks like enduromotorsports.com , They have the best deal on 15" Rota Subzero's in the 4x108 pattern. I'll probably go ahead and use WalMart for mounting the tires.

Thanks AJ, it'll be a few weeks probably. Lewisville is on the other end of town, but TCB prices are TCB prices :)

Yeah, I heard you're at NTB now from your old place. Any alignment hook ups possible?! They still passed my car though, the VW guy was cool and helped that he had the same air horns on his car! Bastards in Garland said my horns wouldn't pass.

*hmmm...they just opened a new NTB 1 min from my house, I ought to get a job there so I can use the alignment machine all I want!
