I've seen these @ Target.
Looks like a good deal for what it is![]()
I am truly truly TCB
They aren't quite as nice looking as the Craftsman ones - a bit more chunky - but they seem tough, and have a lifetime warranty!
I spent $20...and now have both a metric set and a imperial set.

I have had good luck watching Sears.com for clearance sales. Here is one I had posted about.Originally Posted by channelmaniac

Well... maybe not disagree, per se, as ebay MIGHT be a great place to FIND tools, as long as you don't actually BUY them there.
Ebay has WAYYYYYY to much new stuff in the tools auctions to make it worth my time to sift through.
Pawn shops in the Dfw are great places to buy tools.
Ebay is a great place to then SELL them![]()
I do 3-10 auctions a month w/pawn shop purchases. People who can't manage their money and are trapped in their own little socio-economic hell holes sure do make life easier for the rest of us![]()
I just finished 4 auctions this sunday. Bought 3 worm/gear drive milwaukee saws for $60 each, and sold them for $104-129 each, and a dewalt hammer drill 14.4, pd $45, sold for $116. Plus, I make about $10 profit on packing/shipping for each item, which is cool, because I just drop them off with my company's shippin gdepartment, and they just charge me the actual USPS or UPS charges: The shipping dept packs and does everything for me :)
Pretty much everything that didn't come from Dad or Harbor Freight I bought from pawn shops, including: mac rolling tool chest($100), craftsman chest($50), air compressor($75)
