A Dauphin County sheriff's deputy has been suspended after being charged with criminal behavior.Anthony Fritz has been charged with stalking, harassment and lewdness.According to an affidavit, Fritz used a cell phone to send sexual messages to a female who lives across the street from him. The affidavit also said that Fritz sent her a picture of himself exposed, and on two occasions sat naked on a picnic table behind her home.
