My DVR never misses My Name is Earl, Scrubs, Boston Legal, and The West Wing (R.I.P.). The various CSIs and L&O franchises make good DVR filler.

My Updates:
CSI Miami, all L&Os, and obviously West Wing are off of my DVR schedule. Additions include Studio 54, Heroes, and Numbers.

Side note for Heroes watchers... If you haven't seen/heard the "Is Brody God? / Is Claire the Virgin Mary?" theories, you are missing out... Some funny stuff!
