    I don't know of any such places locally. The only shops in DFW I've visited that actually have seats or steering wheels in stock at any given time would be Jotech and Alamo.

    Carboy in Houston has a very nice selection of seats to check out, though some were mounted to the wall last I visited. Certain other, high buck seats had the car show-esque "please do not touch" signs. Blah... Great shop, though not located immediately next to or in a mall.
