Hmm, yes probably. But I have to leave town again so you'll have to wait until next Sunday. Lord knows I need driving practice but I'm not going to make it this time.

My wife got up at 5:30 AM and packed my lunch, I drove better than usual today, and my wife had a wonderful supper prepared when I came home, and a fresh deep-dish peach pie.

    Good times, good times!

Can you have your wife pack me a lunch for next Sunday's race and cook me up some dinner and pie? I need the help, man.

Meh, I got home and the only one at the house was the dog, which was good for the day I had, I needed some quiet time.......

(*Note to self don't spin the car on the first run of the day; it will mess with your head for the remainder of the day.)

Hey it was nice meeting you TheChadVIII!

Haha that was fun as hell!

Nice meeting all ya'll, surprised how many people from the boards were there, Its fun having people know you already when you get out of the car.

Thanks ya'll for the pointers and help for the prep and everything (I have a roll of blue tape sitting under the seat now).

I'll definately be at more autoxs now that I know how these things go down haha, I was a little nervous about being in the wrong spot at the wrong time or whatever at the start, but got over it pretty fast.

    p.s.

You will have to thank the guy that won the PAX for the fast turn around on the results. He got some $$ so he was motivated to share the results.

These results could have stayed secret for a long time if you ask me! (In other words, I sucked!)

    Not true.

I got home after dinner and spent 2 hours Sunday night doing the audit, which is pretty quick as the results were in pretty good shape. I then sent it to Kenny that night. Some times it goes quick and we get it online fast but sometimes there is an issue and it takes a few days to correct and post. Or the auditor just can't get to it for a few days. But we try.

Anyways, I'm not one to brag and to get the results out there quick just so everyone knows that I won my class, got 1st in Pax, and set FTD is just not my style. Nope! Not me.

I just know everyone wants to know how they did and in the age of the internet things can't be posted fast enough.

I remember having to wait weeks for the results of an event to arrive in the mail.
