"Racing makes heroin addiction look like a vague longing for something salty" - Peter Egan
It took me about 45 minutes to get the old hoses off. I had to take the cam sensor off to get to the engine end of the inlet hose. That is where the rupture was. It took me about an hour and 15 minutes to get everything back together. I replaced the O-ring on the cam sensor. The old one was hard and not sealing. I think the leaking oil caused the hose to deteriorate. I also did the timing bump while I was in the neighborhood.
My arms are scratched up like I have been sorting wildcats.I had much rather work on my 1948 Ferguson, but I had much rather drive the Miata.
My hat is off the miatamoto.Half hour. He's the man.
On the track, I am fearless.
If you were as slow as me, you wouldn't be afraid either.
