There are studs coming out of the head, with nuts that hold the stock header on them. You will use this original hardware with the new header. The hard part will be getting all of those 13 year old nuts off. Air tools and a can of PB Blaster is a must.

  to get to... The ones where the downpipe connect to the manifold are a real PITA... and so is the one connecting the downpipe to the bracket that bolts to the transmission.
