Only if they cap the event participant numbers! But then again... I might need three under my belt to qualify for October's runs!

Hey Kids the SCCA Board meeting is being discussed here -> http://forums.dfwmiata.com/viewtopic.php?t=808
Only 7 Miatas show up on the entry list?
Come on kids lets pre-register and help out the poor folks doing SCCA registation!
Perhaps if the number stays below... say... 75. Right now according to the entry list there are 61 entrants. Maybe I can make it to work on time that way!
More than likely, it will mean the registration line will start on the far side of Hurst and you'll have to leave for work in the middle of the first heat.Originally Posted by Treibenschnell

You two really ought to work out a co-driving arrangement - I'm interested to see what POS could do with those 16 extra ponies against all those MR2s.

I would have no problem if POS wanted to co-drive my car. Seriously. I'd like to see him take it to the MR2's myself!Originally Posted by altiain

Hey looks like there are a couple of new names registered for CS! :afro:
Can't wait for Sunday!
Just got back from getting an alignment. Feels like a totally different car. Previous alignment was as follows:
Camber: FL: -1.8 FR: -1.8 RL: -2.4 RR: -3.1
Caster: FL: +4.2 FR: +4.8
Toe: F: .28 degrees in R: .49 degrees out
No wonder the car handled the way that it did.
New settings:
Camber: F: -1.4 R: -1.9
Caster: L: +5 R: +4.9
Toe: F: .2 degrees out R: .02 degrees out
Just got back from a "quick" test drive, and it feels amazinig!
Rick's on Irving Blvd. got it done in less than 45 minutes for $80, and they are actually familiar with aligning the Miata.
