Wylie has been in stage 4 since the summer. The lake is down close to 20 feet now. Stage 5 has been talked about. Now that it's practically winter, I don't think it will happen.

Back in the summer, the city of wylie hired a dozen or 2 people to drive around in city trucks and see who was wasting water in neiborhoods. They'd take a picture and record the address. Some of our neighbors received citations.

I took my car to the car wash last week. I know for a fact that I used more water than I do at my house. The car didn't shine near as good as when I do it by hand.
