    Default Badges on Miata

I started to remove the MX5 badge on the back of my car and discovered the damn thing had studs inserted into holes.....

It only goes to show when people can no longer discriminate on the grounds of race, religion, or sexual orientation, they can improvise and still find someone to hate. - Dave Moulton

Yeah I had to get mine filled last time I had the bumper painted.

I put the badge back on the front of mine after getting the stripes put on. The holes in the bumper showed up on the stripe and eventually a perfect hole showed up in the stripe. I guess the edges were sharp enough to put a perfect hole there.

The back badge was pulled too but the holes don't show up through the stripe.

I have to have a mind in order to make it up...

My idea was to remove the back two Miata badges and leave the sc one....guess Mazda doesn't want their id's removed without owner misery.

Actually, on my 03 the front badge is stuck on AND has studs with fasteners on the back side.

Badges, I don't need no stinkin' badges!

Not a single badge on my car.
