I'm planning on being out early to make fun of Mick's baseline. Lets see if it lives up to the POS tradition!

What times are spoken for ICCTX? What early times are still available?

Right now nobody has a set time. It seems like everyone wants to see who will go first.

Am I the only one that read this? Sounds to me that waving your hands around like an idiot on an internet forum isn't going to get you a time slot.

OK I just found out that we will be doing air / fuel readings. However, it is going to cost a additional $20 for us to do it.

$20 more??? Doesn't it just involve putting a sniffer in the tail pipe?

That would only apply to FI'd cars (if they wanted it), correct?

I wouldn't mind seeing what the A/F on my is like at the top of the RPM range. I've always heard that Miatas run rich. If that's true, I might be able to pick up some power by leaning it out up top.

Sorry guys I'm just the messanger. They tell me its a expensive sensor and will require extra time to set the machine up for that reading so its a little more then just plug and play. Just let me know if you want to do the a/f reading when you get here. Yes, FI cars.

I would say it should only apply to those that A) have the ability to modify the mixture, or in Thomas's case... B) Are willing to buy the equipment to modify the mixture if they saw a condition that would warrant a change.

Question : Didn't the nice folks at ATS in Denton do A/F when we have had dyno days with them???

Yes and it was $30 for 3 pulls with AF info.

Even at $55 for A/F runs, that's still $20 cheaper than most other places. You're paying the extra $20 for somebody to do a little work on your car... I would go to this, but I'm sticking to 1 shop/dyno so that my results are more comparable.

    C) (my case) To make sure that the mods on the car don't lean the engine out too much. Once I have I/H/E, I might be running dangerously lean, and I certainly don't mind paying the extra $$$ to find out whether I'm too lean for comfort

just need a base line for my air filter and xr pipe, what would "suck more" a k&n airfilter in the stock box or a cone air no box?
