Damn TtT sounds like you shoulda waited a second...
I tried doing a special order on some Rota Slipstreams last April. After a few months everything fell apart, but now, the wheels have finally arrived. I'm stuck with a few sets, so I thought I'd see if any of you guys would be interested in 15x8 or 15x7.5 Rota Slipstreams both with +40mm offset and 4x100 bolt pattern. The distributor contacted me today and said the wheels are now in stock. Cost is $550 for the 15x8s and $500 for the 15x7.5s. Please contact me if you're interested.

What colors?
Black 2002 Honda S2000
Black 1992 Euro spec BMW 735iL
Black 2003 Honda CBR 600 RR
Black only, unfortunately. There wasn't enough interest to do additional colors (each color required a minimum order of 5 to 10 sets).

I know 15x7's weigh less than 7.5's but would there be any advantage to going with a wider rim on the track? I am running Azeni's 205/15/50's.

For most tires, unless they're really stretched already, going with a wider rim gives you a little bit wider section and tread width. IIRC, it's about 0.2" for each 1/2" of rim width (on average). On my track car, I use 225/45/15 Hoosiers. They're pinched a bit on 7" wide rims. The tires would definitely fit better on 7.5 or 8" wide rims. I've seen 205 Azeni's on 8" wide rims, and they actually looked fine. I would have thought an 8" wide rim would be too much for a 205, but with the Azeni's, they fit perfectly.
