    Seriously, I don't think I've /ever/ seen them wear their seatbelts.

    you don't have to wear seatbelts in vehicles of a certain size and weight

    That law was changed either last year or the year before. I have to wear a seat belt in my RAM 3500 now. It used to be exempt.

    I saw a fed ex truck at the beginning of December that had been hit by an 02-04 Chevy Trailblazer. The Fed-Ex truck had the rear axle knocked off and it hit a fire hydrant. The front of the Chevy was all crushed and the hood was buckled nasty. This was at the intersection of Plano Parkway and Shiloh.
