The TL is nice (had one for a day), but I still want a G35.
Acura TL
Infiniti G35
Lexus IS350
He should have stuck with the RX400h
Can I get cheese on that?
Eleven Billionty!!!!!111one!
Yes, Yes I did.
Alright, we've talked my friend down off the RX400h ledge. He is now considering an Acura TL, Infiniti G35, or a Lexus IS350. I'm fine with any of those choices. I'd get the G35 with a manual and the sport package, but he only wants an automatic so fine.
He's thinking about picking up a $4,000ish used van/minivan to haul band gear on the weekends.

There is a good sport sedan comparo in this month's Road and Track with these cars in it I think.

I don't any of those 3 choices is a clear-cut favorite. I think he needs to drive each one for a day (ask for a 24-hour test drive) and see which suits him best.
I'm a big Acura fan, but I'd want to drive the other two as well...

Well since he wants an auto anyway, I vote Lexus.. so nice.. but only auto in the 35 as I recall....
None are bad selections...

How can I be so thirsty this morning, When I drank so much last night??
If your indecisive coworker has to have a slushbox, I'd go with the IS350.
However, for about the same money, a used E39 M5 has a lot more class and much larger cojones than any of the cars yuppie boy is interested in. I'll take mine in Le Mans Blue Metallic with black leather and the 6-speed manual, please.

I don't care what a lawyer drives. That is what I would choose.........
You guys are missing the point. For someone who's not a car guy, the poll is too close to call and the decision comes down to which one comes in his favorite color.
What's important here is that he's been talked down from a mommy-mobile, so
