    Grapevine Autozone didn't have one

So I drove to Euless and got it

Looks like I'm ready. I'll just be bringing the suspension stuff and roll bar I guess (since everybody is whining about how long the roll bar will take ). Ya know we could just install my style bar and be done with it..

I know, I'm kidding. I appreciate the help, guys. Really.

Bam, if you're listening, I'm going to need an alignment

Looks like the wheels thieves came through the neighborhood last night. While walking this morning, I saw both a Dodge pickup and a new Chevy Silverado (still with dealer tags) on blocks in driveways missing all four wheels. The Chevy is in your line of view where you enter, so please do not think that people usually leave vehicles on cinder-blocks in their driveways -- just 80's Camaros in lawns . Looks like the Dodge guy already bought some cheap steel wheels (of varying sizes and styles) to hold him over until he gets his new wheels.

I'll hire a security guard for your Miatas tomorrow. Hell, we can just use Madmonkey since he's already passed the exam.

I'll be there. Do you have plenty of Band-Aids?

If you were as slow as me, you wouldn't be afraid either.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!

Everybody who showed up deserves a round of applause for putting up with me! Or was it the other way around...?

We managed to get the roll bar in, the suspension done, and a few niggling problems fixed (like my idle- thanks) that I didn't even know about.

Gonna feel like forever until my shocks and springs settle in. My head feels like it was just dribbled all over a basketball court.

It's amazing how fast work goes when you have 8 or 9 gear heads to do the job.

hey bunny froo-froo you need a set of ears to go with the teeth.

It was great having you all over. Here are some pics from the event.

Four standing and one working (L-R sammm, POS Racing, altiain, cone-cerned, MadMonkey):

    Miatas, Miatas, Miatas...:

I think you're installing that roll bar a little too low (sammm, altiain, POS Racing):

He's only pretending that he can read (sammm, POS Racing):

What's this slippery stuff inside the engine? (cam76034, HudsonHawk):

MadMonkey going for a test drive in his new 4x4:

Squirt some in my mouth! (cone-cerned, cam76034, POS Racing, sammm, onething and HudsonHawk in the background)

Finished product, now at a lower ride height. Cam76034's car was the new patient:

Another view of MadMonkey's new ride height and roll bar:
