Update: Forget the springs, I had a kind person offer to help me install them tomorrow (for a price, of course).

That should ease the workload considerably on the tech day. It'll just be interior stuff this time.

Okay, I'll buy you some Gatorade

Now that the springs are done on my car, it's another thing scratched off the list, leaving all the time for interior stuff (and none of it, to my knowledge, requires jackstands ).

Also, I'm not going to be as rushed now because my Integra is the daily driver now and the Miata will be the weekender/track car. Dang... saying that makes me feel like I have money

In other words, the Miata doesn't have to be ready to roll at a moments notice so things won't need to be finished instantly. This is taking a load off of me... thank God for the new car

So the MAIN things now are the carpet and stereo.

Since the dash will be pulled to put in the carpet, I'll install the gauge faces and overlay then, and refinish the dash; OR I can try to do that at home but I'm not sure I trust myself.

Other than that the headrest speaker wiring is the biggest issue, I need to find someone who is knowledgeable about it (I don't trust audio shops ). BR, it'd be great if you could show up but I know it's hard for you to find time off being a stay at home mom. Er, dad

All that leaves is the trim pieces that need to be cut for the roll bar.

So all in all, should be a short day of work. I'm guessing other people need stuff done too, I don't want to be the only one

Anybody chime in! I'm sure we can all use a hand with something...

Get ready to replace the cowl over the instrument cluster. I took the one off the wifes NA and it came out in 3 seperate pieces.

But I am good as far as parts work goes. Just need to get my hands on a new top but that won't happen before your tech day.

Budget Robbins top, I've had mine for a good while now and have had zero problems with it
