I don't see how this will be legal in the States. Hell, I had to go to a different inspection station cause theat the first one said my air horns were illegal! Now, if they change it to a separate button/switch that plays the speaker (like a cb radio's pa system) then I can see it being legal.
Would be kinda cool to play certian audio clips like gun fire like JohnWag said! Although I see a lot of trouble coming from that idea as well!
