    I have Cingular and a Razor. Any recommendations on where to get ring tones?
    ...and across the line.

    There should be some in the phone menus.

    $20 program called Xingtones, will let you edit mp3's and senf them to the phone as text messages. One time fee and make your own for life!

    Hmm, that website used to be different I haven't used it in a while but it did at one time (a month or two ago) had free ringtones available for download. The website has changed like 6 times in the last couple of years, so maybe its just one of those times that its being updated

    I just use an audio converter its free. But I don't know if that works with other cell phones.

    It's real easy with a phone that has a SD slot

    Nope, it's actually pretty good but the tone quality kinda sucks in some of them. It's worth trying, all my ringtones came from there. I accessed it from my phone and it worked fine.
