Thread: Looking for a daily aftermarket seat ...track use also

Default Looking for a daily aftermarket seat ...track use also

Can you give me some ideas for a seat (possibly 2) for daily and track use. Ease of entry and width are first priorities...budget will be no more than 600 a seat. If I can find something the leather surfboards will be up for sale.

Nothing cheap. I used 3A racing seats in my Supra and they beat me to death they were so hard

I got a set of pep boys specials in my CJ. I am very comfortable driving around in it off-road all day.

On a teachers salary, you ought to be able to afford these:

There only $940 each from CorkSport!

I have looked at the Sparco Roadster 2 and I like the lower side bolsters for access in and out of the seat however I am looking for something to compare them with.

I looked at the Mazdaspeed seats but I would want two matching ones because I think one would look out of place with the other surfboard. I just can't afford two of them...

What about the wide version of these....would they fit?

Hunt for '99-00 cloth seats, they are still the best seat for the Miata and with the seat mod we did on yours it will be a much better bolstered seat with the grip of cloth. They are not easy to fine, but if you find a pair, jump on them.

We are welding up the seat brace tonight for the Ultra Shield seats and mounting them, come check out tonight if you can get a hall pass from the BOSS.

I have a Relay for Life event but will come over tomorrow morning. The Boss has approved some kind of seat purchase and yes...she also has shown me where she hides my nutz in the bag she keeps them in. I am a but it's all about the car

I found a company that has a new Sparco Roadster still in stock for $389. It's not a Roadster 2 so I wonder what the difference is?

ETA: Oh look....the socket I left at Onething's house 2 years ago is now my avatar. Next thing you know there will be a bag labeled "Tim's Nuts" in the picture

From what I've read, the CR1/Carrera is a touch too wide in the shoulder.
I use these in the other car and find them mighty comfy. However, they faded rather quickly in my old coupe, so I can only imagine how they'd do in a roadster.

Of the two pictured, were it my car, I'd go for the all black version. However, the blue would go nicely with your silver scoot! Any other blue bits on the car that might go with the seats?

Will the Milano seats in the eBay auction fit in the NB okay?

I'm going to have to measure the width from the figures on the website...the Milano's look good and no one else has a set exactly like those but the prick wants over 200 for shipping which I know is a ripoff

$250 0_o I wouldn't pay that much for a used seat. thats like $750 used, you can buy a brand new one for that much. Also it doesn't say if that is the cost for both seats or just one of them.

    Default Wooohoooo!!

    I ordered the blue/black combo for $509 a piece from sportcompactonly.com
They have a secondary website through Underbid.com that gives a great deal. Should have them by Saturday Johnwag and I are going to the Apex school May 12th so I can enjoy them.
