There is a "C" clip on the back of the horn button. Just snap the horn button into the center of the steering wheel. The c clip makes contact for the horn to work when you press the button.
Is this what you're talking about?
OK... I've got all the parts now, so I'm going to try and tackle the steering wheel install either tonight or first thing in the morning. Everything looks to be plug 'n' play, and I'm boning up on my Japanese reading skills, so I should be good to go.
BUT... I just want to double check something on the horn button assembly. I got a plastic baggie with the steering wheel that contains the horn button and what looks like a big wire C-clip. I'm thinking that snaps in on the backside of the button, inside the 4 tangs that stick out the back. Am I on to something here?
