Yep, crazy thing at the resort though with Statute of Limitations, if say the injured party was 10 years old, they can wait until 18 before even filing suit. Some litigations have been in the works for 15 years or so....

With "only" 12 acres (I wish I had 12 acres!), I think your only real choices are a go-kart course or a purpose built autocross course. For reference, Pennington is about 400' x 700', and I just can't see fitting a "road course" in a space the size of Pennington Field. It would be plenty of room for a nice go-kart course, but then you'd be competing with the folks in Denton...

I wouldnt mind having access to a go-kart track. Anybody know where Grassroots motorsports does most of its car testing?

who knows maybe they will be able to get the extra 10 acres, if so it would really be interesting since it has a pretty big hill on that part....and a bunch of Cedar

Sounds like a good "puckerin' " factor feature area.

Once the insurance provider has a cow, then you will need to use some of this land to feed the cow, which will decrease the track size and possibly make things even more dangerous because you will have a cow walking around on the track. Once someone hits the cow, then you will have the animal lovers all over you, which means you will have to buy a fire hose to drive them away. Usage of the fire hose might be in violation of a local water conservation rule, so now you have the city crawling up your a$$...
    Just BBQ the stupid cow.
