Default M2 guys, brake light que.

I have a friend visiting with 2000 SE. How do we change the brake light? Her passenger side is out. We looked from inside the trunk the way I changed mine on my 93' a week ago. It's different and i don't want to mess up car. Thanks!

Yes, i did a search on m.n already.

Remove the inner liner. There are one or two 10mm nuts holding the light on. Remove those and pull the whole light housing from the outside. Use some pressure since there are two plastic clips that also hold the housing in. Once it pops out you can see the back of the bulbs and it is cake from there.

Yeah... I just posted the PDF for the reassurance of that's really what you have to do... It seems like excessive disassembly if you're not sure...
