I swapped a cleaner NA steering wheel onto my 93 thanks to Miatamoto and I just cannot get the wheel aligned straight up and down to where the car will steer straight when the wheel is pointed straight. It's always off by a little either right or left to get the splines to line up. Anyone have any tips on how to get this to work? Can I just get an alignment and center the wheel and adjust via tie rods then?

I really have to wonder if it's an LE thing. I did the same thing you did and reset that wheel many times. It's either a lot or just a little off. Not sure that an alignment will do it, I've had one done since then.
I haven't taken it BAMM at NTB yet, so maybe I should try that.

Didn't realize that. Maybe I'm on to something. I bet BAMM can help.

Yeah AJ did a great job on my RX-8 and my gf's S2000. I'm planning on having him do it. I know that the wheel should be able to align by just taking it off and putting it back on the correct spline but I haven't had luck yet. It was fine before I took off the old one and replaced it with one in a better shape.

Yes, let AJ (BAM) have a crack at it. I put on my new wheel and it was off a degree or two to the left. After doing the alignment it was as right as rain. (I always wanted to say that)
Blah blah blah!
