Cool. I can't wait. I'll also be there on Saturday for the Novice School.
Looking forward to the novice class and Sundays event as well! My second time autocrossing, first time in the miata!
Will also be newbing it up at the school and the event!
What time would be good to come by for annual tech on Saturday?

Will blue painters tape work for car numbers? Car is an Emerald Mica Miata.
^Blue on green will be frowned upon (I think). I think painter's tape comes in other colors, but don't use regular masking tape.
PS - Just remembered that SCCA usually has white 'panels' that you write your numbers on, and then tape to the car.
Just print off a number/class on your home computer and tape it to your car.

I sat in my car tonight with the soft top up and helmet on and it rubs badly. Does the hard top provide more head room?
Not really. This is why we autocross with the top down.
A foamectomy on your seat will get you a couple of inches, and makes the driving position better in-general.

I was checking it out since Saturday has a chance of rain.
I did a foamectomy on my stock seat and really liked it. I've moved to a rave seat, but liked the foamectomy.
Thank you all for your input.
