Lots of people have been asking about our annual charity benefit. We will be supporting Guns and Hoses Foundation of North Texas again this year. Our finale autocross on November 13 will have all proceeds donated to Guns and Hoses. We will also have cone buy back for $5 per cone. PAX winners are encouraged to donate their cash winnings to Guns and Hoses. You can also stuff cash in the boot if you like. Last year we raised $3000.... I hope we can do more for the first responders this year.
The Guns and Hoses challenge event is a blast. Teams of firefighters and police square off against each other on the autocross course driving squad cars. This year will be a little different than in the past. This year we will have two police and two fire on each team. The teams will represent their city. There will be four teams this year. Southlake, Garland, Grand Prairie, and Mesquite. Each team will be assigned a coach. Our coaches this year are Phil Osborne, Steve Eberlein, Tim Schuh, and Keath Marx.
I hope you can make it out to cheer for your favorite team or coach and donate your time and money to a good cause.

Really fast course, I liked it. Couldn't find a smooth line between the slalom and the half box of cones. Car was in between 2-3rd for good portion of that too which was awkward. Couldn't get better than a 59.X

Great shots, can really see the drivers concentrating. Had planned to make this, but our truck decided Sunday morning to kill one of its batteries . I guess will try again next weekend.
Yep, mustard made the exit much faster, and entry wasn't all that tough if your entry speed was right for the slalom anyway.
