I don't have the airbag module. It went to a friend in Georgia.

The 10 flashes means that the airbag computer detected a problem for an extended length of time and it decided to self destruct. The fuse is a thermal fuse wrapped in a heating element. The computer will activate that element to destroy the fuse. Kind of a "suicide" self destruct.

No... The clockspring is the part that connects your horn & airbag to the wiring harness and lets it work with the steering wheel that turns.
