I'm confused.

The Chevy Tahoe is not simply a woman's vehicle.

That sort of designation should be attached to one of those cute little cars with two seats and a top that folds down, or maybe a sporty coupe such as the Ford Mustang in a bright color that will get noticed - and in turn, help the girl behind the wheel get noticed.

I don't know where she gets her demographics, but on my drive to work, I see a higher percentage of SUVs driven by women than "little cars with two seats and a top that folds down" driven by women. Maybe I20/Loop 12/I35E/I635 have different driver demographics than anywhere else, but as I drive to work, I see more Miatas driven by men than women, and more SUVs driven by women than men.

The rest of that article goes on to talk about how the Tahoe is a great car for the soccer mom lifestyle. Believe it or not, the "little cars with two seats and a top that folds down" don't have many of those features, such as seating for seven, power tailgate, and high ride height. If that is true, why would the "little cars with two seats and a top that folds down" be a woman's vehicle, and the Chevy Tahoe not a woman's vehicle?

With a Tahoe plant in town, I think they will do anything they can to push people into them. Little cars with two seats and a top that folds down just got caught in the wake of the local press hype.
