Well it's time to go play crush the cones once again at Pennington Field!

The fine folks at ER put on a great event and you will actually get a minimum of 4 runs, and if you run the PAX program you can get a total of 6 runs!

    So who is going!

I'll be there. I'd rather get 6 runs than 3 any day of the week.

For me it will depend on if we get significant rainfall towards the end of the week. That would cancel the horse event I was going to go to. If that happens, I'll be there too.

Here is a link to a map of how to get to Pennington Field where the event site is. A bunch of us typically meet up at the McDonald's right across the street from the site at about 7:30am.

    Bring:
    • Comfortable shoes (you'll be doing a lot of standing)
    • Something to drink (Gatorade/water/whatever - no alcoholic beverages allowed on site, since the site is a high school football stadium)
    • A camera, if you want to take some pictures for the website (hint, hint )
    • A hat or some sunscreen, or both
If you aren't planning on running, I would just show up some time after about 11am, as before that time there won't actually be any action going on (just a bunch of people prepareing cars, standing in the registration line, going to the driver's meeting, etc.). The site is easy to find - exit Central drive off of Airport Freeway (183), turn south, and look to your right - you can't miss it. Look for the "tent city" in the paddock are near all of the Miatas when you get there, and you should be able to find us.

I just learned that Frank Manisavan (my buddy with the silver WRX) has bought a new canopy, and he's been gracious enough to offer to set uit up near us, since lugnutjon's dumpster diver canopy is getting rattier at every event. In which case, 2002FMIIMiataL, just look for the tent with www.ImprezaGarage.com banners on the side of it.
