It's just the backboard and hoop, so it's very portable at the moment!
It was attached to a pole set in cement in my back yard. We put in a deck and had to remove the pole. The backboard is in fine shape, just weathered. The bracket that held it to the pole was rusted to the pole, so it's gone (new brackets are $20 or so on Amazon). This could be mounted flat to a house/garage or put on a pole with a new bracket.

...or you could affix it to a roll bar and give those beer bottle throwin' jerks a real target (Rogue / Mad Monkey, here's your chance!!)
