    Default Helloooooooo from Arlington!

Hey everyone! I mainly lurk miata.net more, but have been an owner for exactly 354, before my montego blue was smashed by an SUV from behind. I'm still recovering from it and trying to get my money from the insurance right now. I want to get into autoX etc, but my previous car was not in shape nor did I have a job at the time to break anything needlessly.

Looking forward to posting and learning here, but I feel out of the loop. I know there are some meets every Wednesdays (?). Is a newb like me welcome or is it just a meet from a group of friends on this forum? Happy driving !

Nice to know. I've probably met a few of you guys on the road already as I wave like an idiot every time I see any modified miatas around.

Welcome. Swing by Pennington field in Bedford on Sunday if you want to checkout autocross. If you want to participate, then hook up with everyone at 7 AM at either the McDonalds or the Einstein's across the street.

I went to the one in March, but now I work mainly on the weekends. I'll try to come watch at least a few time this summer.

I'll say... they even tolerate me, Acura drivers and other nonsense. Waitresses with bad math skills can doom a meeting place in a hurry, though...

I used to be a waiter, but never had to add anything up. Overwhelming when you have too many tables so I try to empathize with waiters.

Welcome, once you autocross you'll get addicted and hate working weekends. I'm in the same boat, working weekends right now.
