Should supposedly be available in late January or early February. They're claiming better wet & dry traction, and reduced weight as well. Wonder what the pricing will be like.

hmm, im willing to bet that they are going to be a loud tire. seems to be the trend in tires with a continuous center tradblock around the whole tire... we'll see though

Hmmm... 205-40-16... So I go from taller gearing in the current Azenis Sport to shorter gearing in the "new" Azenis... Interesting.

Heard rumors of w/in $5-10 of the current prices in current sizes. The sidewalls are supposedly nylon rather than steel-belted to reduce the weight.

Thats awesome. I'll probaly be replacing my all season tires around that time, and I love Azenis. As long as they are just as cheap, I'll stick with the Azenis.

Same here... and hopefully I'll have some 15" rims to them on!

Hmm well mine are bald, but I may wait and see what pricing and testing shows. I really wish they made them in a 225/45/15. That's not asking t much is it?

Apparently it is. Kumho isn't even planning on making the V710s in a 225/45-15 next season, although plenty of people have requested it.

The current Azenis do not have steel belted sidewalls. I had one come apart on me this weekend. There was some kind of synthetic fiber running through the sidewall.

I'm surprised nobody put up the "you suck at the internet" picture...

It's all in fun, but seriously... yahoo and google tell you so much and you don't get us teasing you if you use them!

I hope you can take the teasing
