North Texas Autocross Series (NTAXS) meeting January 18th

I have scheduled the next NTAXS (formally the S2000 AX series) in a meeting room at Cozymel's Mexican Grill outside of Grapevine Mills mall at 11 AM on Sunday, January 18th. I will post the agenda on a later date, but I wanted to make everyone aware of the date and time so you can pencil it in.

I did my best to select a central location on a day and time when many are available, but I know that I can’t please everyone. If you have comments for the meeting and you cannot be present, then please send me an email and I will address them at the meeting.

If you want to offer your help in preparing and running the NTAXS events, you want to voice your opinion about our decisions, or if you just want to be a fly on the wall, then please join us.

If you are planning to attend, please email me to let me know how many will be in your party so I can ensure that we are properly prepared for everyone. You can order food and eat during the meeting if you want, but it is not catered by the NTAXS. I suspect we will be there for a couple of hours.

Anybody planning to bring their SO? Mine would like to attend, but she says the food aint worth the meeting.

I suggest we get them a separate table so they can visit while we argue.

Mine is planning on shopping at the mall while we meet. She might have lunch if other SO's are there.

Hint:

If you get your "SO" to participate, all of a sudden you don't have to "justify" expenditures on the common hobby!

Of course you have to get used to them being faster than you also!

I'd have an easier time getting the SO to co-drive if we had someone to watch our 3 year old (in laws are out of state, my parents can't be trusted with a gerbil).

Hopefully he learns how to drive his powerwheels better or else he won't be in a Kart in a couple years!
