Ok, I finally got my Garrett actuator installed, and it holds boost till redline now. I was having issues of making peak boost, and then falling to 8-10 psi by redline.

I am now running approximately 1Bar (1-1.2bar) on the stock Greddy TD04H-15G turbo, stock motor, and AEM EMS.

This was the same setup at 10psi (the highest ones, obviously):
