Make sure you give to the appropriate fund!

We have an online gifting website through work...

The instructions given to us were to:

Select the "American Red Cross International Response Fund"
then choose the "Amewrican Red Cross International Relief Fund"
and lastly under "Program/Relief Effort Designation" to choose "2004 Tsunami Relief" without specifying a specific country.

I don't know if you'll see anything similar on the RC website, but if you do, make sure your dollars go to where you want them to!

Also double check on the Red Cross web site to see if your company is listed among those that match dollars! My company matches 1:1 so my donation was doubled by my employer.
