Thread: Horn

    Default Horn

My horn has stopped working in my 1994 Miata. I checked the fuse and the fuse is good. Someone told me to go online and look for a OEM horn as a replacement. Does anyone know of a good website or store to shop at to replace my horn. Thanks.

Thanks for the info. This store is in Alabama about ten minutes from my parents home. I gave the info to my father who has a 1990 Miata.
I found a horn on this web site I'm gonna order from http://www.mmmiata.com/catalogsite/electrical01.php. Thanks.

Don't go OEM. I couldn't hear mine at hiway speed with the top down.

There's a Northern Tool in Lewisville on I35-E just south of Business 121 on the south bound access road.

It'll be closer to Carrollton than 121/183.

You really should look into a nice air horn. They're not expensive, and they're easy to install. Plus, I'm sure you could find some install help around here pretty easily if you need it.

    Here's the horn I'm running: http://www.thompson-automotive.com/Air_Horn.html

The trick is finding the room for this thing! The Bad Boy is more compact and is what I have. May be trumpets" gives it a more throaty sound. The Bad Boy is loud enough but not very not deep enough.
